The location was nice and peaceful, with the convenience of being able to walk to the nearby superstore Migross, while the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, along with the host.

Our room was well-equipped and functional provided with the bedroom, balcony, an electronic climate control. The location was great and favourable for getting around, as a bus stop was walk from the hotel.

The location by the lake was just perfect for us. We could easily walk to Al Cavallo from here, and we ended up eating there a few times. 🚶‍♂️ the convenience of having everything within walking distance definitely made our stay even better.

This was my lovely stay on vacation. The hotel was located very close to the nearest Migros supermarket, the nearest laundromat and nearest pizza joint, the bus station and the center of sirmione and the nearest supermarket or bakery. Loved the apartment with a full length mirror in the bedroom, and unbeatable and nice location in about 5 km away from the Castle in the old town. Satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe were there too...

Clean and well-maintained - with a pleasant smell. Great location - just 500 meters from the lake and a short drive to the city center. Helpful and friendly staff - providing local information and recommendations. Good Wi-Fi connection. Big and comfortable rooms.

Great location and the room was pretty clean. the room even had a sofa bed, which was a nice bonus. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was up to par. I'd definitely consider coming back here! 😊

My children wished there were more kid-friendly amenities at the hotel.

Staff were very very helpful. Room was functional with a sofa bed. - A dishwasher, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator were a big plus. - the location of this hotel just off the nearest supermarket or bakery and the lake front, with a supermarket and good restaurants within walking distance, was unbeatable and magnificent.

We loved the whole apartment - it was clean, spacious, and had a nice garden. The location was perfect as it was close to a road filled with restaurants, just a few minutes' walk away. The owner was very helpful and even booked vine tastings for us. They also suggested great places to visit in Sirmione and around the Lake. We rented bikes from the Residence and had a great time riding to Sirmione castle. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a fabulous stay in a really nice accommodation located in a peaceful area. The apartment was very clean and equipped with a good kitchen. The host welcomed us warmly and provided us with all the necessary information. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to shops and excellent restaurants. The neighborhood was calm and nice, mostly in a residential area.

The sound insulation of the sewer pipes was poor, which could be annoying at times.

our stay at Residence Bianca in Sirmione surpassed our expectations. The clean apartments, friendly staff, and fantastic pool made our wedding celebration unforgettable. Everything was neat and well taken care of, and Bianca was a helpful and welcoming host.

Shade umbrellas were missing.
